Letting Fees

Before move - in

Administration Fee - £200.00 per Tenancy

Reference Fee - £50.00 per Tenant

Prior to the commencement of each tenancy typically you are expected to pay an advanced Rent of between one and six calendar months. In addition to this you will typically you will be asked to provide a deposit of six weeks Rent.

Fees during and at the end of a Tenancy

Check - out fee - Tenants are usually asked to pay a check - out fee as detailed in the contract - £138.00 - £330.00 dependant on the size and amount of furniture in the property.

Late/Unpaid Rent charges £25.00

Abortive call -out charges (for Fraser and Co managed properties) - £90.00

Tenant Renewal fee £90.00 per tenancy

Tenancy Assignment charges are applied should the identity of the Tenant change during a Tenancy - £120.00

Fees to Landlord (All inclusive of VAT)

The basic fees to Landlords are as follows

Letting only Fee - sole agency - 12.0%

Letting only Fee - multiple agency - 20.4%

Let and managed Fee - sole agency - 18%

Let and managed Fee - multiple agency - 20.4%

Additional non - optional Fee applicable during a tenancy

Inventory and Check - in Fees £72.00 - £216.00 dependant on the size and level of furnishing

Arrangement Fee for refurbishments - 10% of the total refurbishment cost with a minimum charge of £300.00

Renewal administration Fee - £90.00
